Stillwater Cove Diving - by Carol Reed

The June 18th dive and camp out at Stillwater Cove in Sonoma county had
clear skies for viewing the Stars at night, Jennifer brought her telescope
and despite the winds the ocean had 10 plus feet of vis on sunday with a
minimal swell. We dove at Timber Cove.

Ab were taken and a good time was had by all.

Carol
I hear they are taking halibut in Pacifica and tha salmon are running close
to shore!

Stillwater Cove Diving by Curt Haney

Last diving was Carol and I with Pete, Roy and Nick at Timber Cove during the last campout at Stillwater Cove in Sonoma County 11-12 June. Visability was good but the wind was up by 10 am. We all got our limits, but just average 8 to 81/2 inch abs. Camping was great with a hell of a feast on Saturday night. We had fresh dungeness crab,

fresh oysters on the half shell from Tomales Bay and backed abalone. Nick's dad and sister joined us for camping and nick actually got his sister from New York in the water at Point Arena on Saturday where she got her limit. Plus she didn't even need a license since it was a free fishing day. Wish you could have made it, you would have had a ball.
