Upcoming Dive Club Event:

Manchester State Beach
Labor Day Weekend

It's paradise...

Manchester State Park has 760 acres of beach, dunes, and flat grasslands. Five miles of gentle, sandy beach stretches towards the Point Arena Lighthouse. One of the main attractions is the excellent steelhead fishing in the parks two streams, Brush Creek and Alder Creek. The park features a variety of coastal wildflowers, including sea pinks, poppies, lupines, baby blue eyes and blue irises. The park provides habitat for tundra swans. The San Andreas Fault runs into the sea at the park.

Manchester State Beach is located in Mendocino County on Coast Highway 1 about seven miles north of Point Arena.

We have the Group Site reserved for
Saturday and Sunday night.
Reservation under the name Carol Reed
The Group Site is the last site in the campground, by the beach.
To get to it, you turn off Hwy 1 where it says KOA/Manchester State Park.
Go past the KOA entrance, past the main State Park entrance, and all the way to the end of the road where you make a right (across from the water treatment plant).

Not that many people have signed up so far, so let Carol as soon as possible if you can make it.
If not a lot of club members are attending, we will open up the site to friends who are not in the club.
